HAPPY NEWS: Travel Ban 3.0 BLOCKED by Hawaii once again. This decision will likely be appealed. We have to wait to see what the Supreme Court does ultimately once it sets oral arguments. But, for now, GREAT news! The Presidential Proclamation issued on September 24th by President Trump had an effective date of October 18th (tomorrow), but with this new court decision, the travel ban will NOT affect visa and green card applications from Iran, Libya, Yemen, Chad, and Somalia. But, the ban will still apply to North Korea and Venezuela.
